For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. This classic, elegant yet casual restaurant is a not to be missed dining experience.

We came there to have the stuffed salmon at 6:30 p.m. and they were sold out, we left did not order any meals and went somewhere else for dinner

Great place to have a nice dinner. Food is usually good and so is the service. On occasion my wife and I have experienced average service, and food was not quite as good as the previous times but that can probably be said about most places. After sunset there are nice views of the boats in the water under the lights at the Marina. Not an overly fancy place but nice enough to have a romantic dinner in a booth. Experience is always better when you get a responsive & enthusiastic waitress/waiter.

Had a drink at the bar, staff came and took us to our table. Service was impeccable as our server is normally a bartender! She was great! Food was awesome, plenty of it, good prices fresh!

We all ordered fish or shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portion size was also perfect. The food was great as was the service.

We took a friend there for her birthday and had a wonderful time. We each ordered something different and all 3 meals were excellent. Oh and, nice views of the harbor also.
