For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. This classic, elegant yet casual restaurant is a not to be missed dining experience.

We love this place. The food is beautifully prepared and is always a treat for the palate. Sometimes the service can be a little sketchy. Last night Ashlyn was our server, and she was superb! She was professional, pleasant, on top of things, and prompt. If you are fortunate to have her as your server, you will have a delightful dining experience.

Been visiting this restaurant over the years (decades). The food is as delicious as I remembered it from the beginning. San Pedro used to have a lot of higher end seafood restaurant options in the 80’s and 90’s, but not so much anymore. It’s nice that this restaurant is still here and hasn’t changed. The only thing I would like is to see some Dungeness crab offered on the menu :-)

It pains me to write this review as I live nearby and regularly visit, but tonight was a terrible experience. It took 23 minutes to take our order on a not-busy night, my cocktail arrived with my food instead of before, the waiter never came back to check if everything was in order once my wife and my food eventually arrived (our clam chowder arrived with no oyster crackers and no hot sauce was on the table), and our almost 2 year old daughter's pasta never arrived. When my wife and I were about 80% done with our dinners, my daughter started yelling and the manager finally arrived to say, "I know kids are loud but I can hear her all the way over there." Of course I pointed out that HER FOOD NEVER ARRIVED even though we were 80% done with our plates and we didn't even receive those appropriately never having been offered crackers or hot sauce for my wife's clam chowder. Never mind that we only ordered my daughter a plate of pasta to keep her occupied while we dined ... As he walked away he said he would take the pasta off the check but the oyster crackers and hot sauce still were not addressed. Finally, the waiter returned to ask if we wanted desert and as we said "no, but ..." he walked away to bring the check. Only once he brought it were we able to point out that the clam chowder fixings were never received at which point (again, with the check already on the table) he brought us a new soup with the fixings. Another 15 minutes later he finally returned to take my card. If I were able to find the manager before we walked out I would be giving him this review directly, but alas he was not in sight. It's a shame as well, as he was very accommodating the last time I visited this restaurant with a friend of mine whose wife's family owns a food company and restaurant in Torrance. He stopped by to greet my friend, had a chat with us all, and ensured it was a great night. Maybe the lesson here is that guests are welcome and will be treated extra well if

loved the restaurant. Great food and great staff. I enjoyed seafood and fish meal we had for dinner. If there would be one meal I did not think it was valuable for the price, it would be the Ahi Tuna appetizer. Nothing seriously wrong with it, just not a lot of flavor. But everything else was incredibly good.

We love this restaurant! The food is always delicious. The service is excellent. The location on the water is enjoyable and we got to watch seals, gulls, and other sea life.
