For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. This classic, elegant yet casual restaurant is a not to be missed dining experience.

1) Don't sell premium bottled water provided in plastic containers. Extremely Tacky . . . If I wanted Arrowhead water in a plastic bottle. I'd bring my own . . . 2) Bring back Sourdough bread, vs doughy bread sticks.

Our server was wonderful. Unfortuantely, the noise level was so high it significantly detracted from the ambiance of the restaurant. The main course was outstanding. The calamari; however, was chewy. A generally enjoyable experience.

I’m a semi regular and have settled on a favorite meal. It’s my go to now. I’ve had many different meals but have zeroed in on two items I will not list them because there are many others to try.

We had a wonderful lunch. Our server was outstanding - friendly, provided accurate descriptions, game us spot on recommendations and kept our Arnold Palmers’ topped off. The view was beautiful and food was fresh and delicious.

We love this place. The food is beautifully prepared and is always a treat for the palate. Sometimes the service can be a little sketchy. Last night Ashlyn was our server, and she was superb! She was professional, pleasant, on top of things, and prompt. If you are fortunate to have her as your server, you will have a delightful dining experience.

Been visiting this restaurant over the years (decades). The food is as delicious as I remembered it from the beginning. San Pedro used to have a lot of higher end seafood restaurant options in the 80’s and 90’s, but not so much anymore. It’s nice that this restaurant is still here and hasn’t changed. The only thing I would like is to see some Dungeness crab offered on the menu :-)
