Our server was amazing! The menus light up which is a really simple but cool touch. The food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Very nice dinner for my wife's birthday. Server was great and the food was excellent! A little pricey for regular folk like us but worth it for special occasions. :-)

21Club is overpriced and the quality of both food and service is poor. I had the lobster at $98 and my boyfriend had the 8 oz tenderloin. The lobster was pretty tasteless. I also didn't realize the lobster came with vegetables as the menu didn't indicate that the dish came with anything and the waitress advised us that all sides were an extra cost. Therefore, I wound up purchasing a side of Brussel sprouts which we only ate a small portion of. Our waitress was quite chatty with the people at the other tables so it was hard getting her attention to get more water or the bill. At one point I even stood up. As she still in "great" conversation with another table, she still didn't notice me. I walked to the front of the restaurant to advise the hostess that we needed our bill but our waitress was busy talking to other customers. In the end. I really didn't want to give her a tip as, due to the cost of our meal, the tip could have provided us with a meal at a more reasonably priced restaurant.

The staff were great. Our waiter, whose name I did not catch, was really good. He was attentive, polite, friendly and good at his job. The general atmosphere is nice. Dinner was good. It would be nice if at least one side were included with each main. We ordered the rack of lamb and the strip loin, but we had to order potatoes and vegetables as the preferred side to the respective dinners. At $65, the strip loin should have the potato or other side as part of the dinner, as other restaurants do. The food could have been served hotter, we found it cooled off too quickly. It’s possible the food was served on unheated plates causing the heat from the food to be drawn out as it moved to the cooler plate. We appreciate how the restaurant took steps to address the temperature of the food. We responded honestly to their inquiry about our dining experience, we did not complain, only answered their question. They in turn wanted to make the experience better - and we appreciated that it mattered to them. The chocolate crème brulee was great.

Another wonderful dining experience at 21! Always a great meal. Jazz music would be preferred over the speakers during the meal.

For a 4 Diamond Restaurant we were expecting exceptional service and food but were disappointed. We weren’t told specials and we had to figure out the wine menu ourselves. The accompaniments(which were expensive) were cold and so we sent back the Brussels sprouts and mushrooms. By the time they arrived we were almost finished our steaks. The people at the table next to us were unhappy too.

Great atmosphere and quiet while we were there , with good background music , food was spot on , servers attentive Last time we were there…. A party of 10 was seated next to us …… super loud and distracting, and servers less attentive, maybe a busy concert night Glad we gave it a second shot …. Will definitely return

This restaurant is a 10/10. Food and service were impeccable. View is amazing . Expensive? Absolutely . But you get what you pay for.
