Terrible service, restaurant was 50% empty and there was 1 server for the entire top level. Took 45 minutes to get our drink order. Food was underwhelming, I could have gotten a better meal at a diner. When the bill came I noticed that they charged me $36 for a casamigos reposado. I can understand $36 for don julio 1942 but that is an absurd price for casamigos. I never question pricing but I asked if the charge was correct and they said that’s our price . As an afterthought, the manager came to the table and said he wanted to offer us a ‘discount’ on the bill That’s when he took off $7.50. Thanks, pal. See ya never.

Halloween dinner was terrific! The 5 course special tasting menu was creative and every dish was perfectly executed. The fall squash carpaccio and the espuma of squash were off the charts delicious. Halibut entree was cooked just right and was wonderful. Thank you to Jesse and James for a memorable meal. Special thanks to Chauncey (Santa) for my favorite wine by the glass! Our server Marielle was delightful and is a great addition to the team.

Had a wonderful dinner with my Husband. Drinks were amazing and food was exceptional! Service was great and they even gave a free appetizer! Love this place for romantic dinner and for group dining. Chef and staff never disappoint!highly recommend to all!

What a lovely experience. Food was incredible. Service was the same. They didn’t have three of the items on the chef’s tasting menu and didn’t do anything worth while to substitute or accommodate. Was really bummed out. Will definitely be going back another time.

I have to say I was honestly underwhelmed by Two Spring. After going twice to their sister restaurant, Gioia (also in Oyster Bay), and having an amazing experience each time, I was expecting more. I have been eyeing this restaurant for a while with its great reviews and beautiful ambiance. I got a $100 gift card for my friend to celebrate her birthday and I brought her there last week after the Oyster Festival ended. The host acknowledged her birthday as soon as we walked, so we were initially excited, especially after seeing how luxurious it is. However, as soon as we sat, we were informed many things were unavailable on the menu because of the festival, some of which included the oysters, caviar and bone marrow, all of which we were interested in getting (as we researched the menu in advance). The wine menu was VERY expensive with not many choices of reasonably priced wines. We ended up getting a bottle from what we were told was $75 and ended up being more after opening. My partner ordered a martini when we ordered the wine. The wine came in a couple minutes. However, we were waiting for all the drinks to come to "cheers" her birthday. The martini took about 15 minutes to get because the bartender was "busy." Our waitress was friendly but I think new and inexperienced. Service was somewhat slow. The appetizers we did end up getting were very good (Caesar salad and Casarecce pasta). The entrees were average. My partner got the short rib pot, which honestly just felt like a soup/stew. It was very liquidy which took away from the taste of the meat. The halibut was good but an extremely small portion - as a foodie, I understand fish portions are smaller than other meats but this was smaller than what I expected. To finish the night, nobody else acknowledged my friend's birthday, although other tables were sung to. Especially with having many things not available, we could have been offered a dessert or something. We were unfortunately disappointed to say the least.
