1913 Restaurant & Bar is no ordinary restaurant. Named for the founding year of the City of Hope, 1913 is a place where every plate is thoughtfully curated to nourish one’s body, heart, spirit, and soul. Executive Chef Christian Eggerling and his diverse team of culinary talent make healthy food fun, sometimes fancy (because we all deserve it), but never boring. Fresh wild-caught seafood, locally sourced meat, garden-harvested vegetables, decadent desserts, curated wine list and craft cocktail program make 1913 the ideal destination for any occasion. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private events can be experienced in our modern and elegant restaurant or outside on the patio with a picture-perfect view of the local foothill mountains. Amazing food and great service. Perhaps the best Salade Nicoise ever (with salmon, not tuna), great halibut burger, great onion rings and amazing bread pudding. Seems like you can't go wrong here!

I love this place and have been twice this month. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and attentive, the ambiance nice, and you can have a conversation without shouting! I will be back many times.

My sister and I were so happy with trying this new restaurant. The food was delicious (I had the salmon nicoise salad). Service was friendly and quick, it has ample and easy parking, and the price point is very good as there were many options under $20 for lunch. I've booked another reservation and this will definitely be our go-to meeting place. I highly recommend it.

Been dining at this place for a couple of years... Have never been disappointed. We love this place and best bet is to Reserve a table.
