   Service was not as expected & when asked what sauces had in them for allergies waitress couldn’t answer then proceeded to avoid us completely Food quality was good & the singer made the atmosphere enjoyable

   Excellent vegan food! Looked like it was great for steak lovers as well. Very busy and lively atmosphere. Lighting and decor really nice. We all had a great time.

   We have booked for an early dinner and mentioned in advance that we had a few vegan guests. Despite the fact we were first in the restaurant for a dinner, half of the vegan menu was not available “because they run out of dishes”. Despite a very friendly and positive experience in putting the order through (and being warned that we need to give a table back in 2 hours), we waited for a cold flat bread and houmous for more than 25 minutes. Drinks were served promptly and they were delicious. Then after waiting for 1hour 15 minutes our main courses arrived and 5 minutes after they randomly served our starters (!) which we asked to take back as it was too late and the main was getting cold. The main dish (fish green Thai curry was quite tasteless, lacking flavour and aromas of green curry), which was disappointing. Some other dishes like ribeye steak were much much better and flavoursome. By the time we just managed to finish our meal we have been asked to pay the bill as “the other party was waiting for a table” which left a big question about the restaurant’s hospitality and desired customer experience (especially after such a long wait for a food). I am not sure that such experience makes me feel excited to come back any time soon, sadly.

   Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you experienced a few issues during your visit. We will share this with the Food & Beverage Manager so we can address the shortfalls that occurred with the team. I do hope that you may try us again in the future.

   Lovely carvery, great atmosphere with the live music. Good attentive staff.

   Very nice restaurant. Good seating, not too close to other diners. We had the lunch time menu deal which had limited options. But the food was tasty & nicely presented. Waiters were polite & attentive. Only a 4 because it was expensive for what we had.

   Excellent burgers and yummy cheesecake. Very good and efficient service at lunchtime. The food was hot,well presented and cooked to perfection. Staff very relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Def go there again👍😃

   Overall the restaurant is very well presented and we were looking forward to our meal. However, the food was not to the standard we expected. The menu is very limited and expensive. For starters I had calamari, served with just a lemon no dip very basic £14. I then had a trio of lamb with pearl barley and pomegranate, this was £31 and at this price I would expect the food to be a very good standard. The dish was not anything special, bland and underwhelming. My husband had a hamburger which again wasn’t anything special at £25. Overall, they are trying too hard to serve something which they cannot deliver. The variety of dishes are not great. I have eaten much better food at our local gastro pub at much less a price.

   Choice of menu was pretty poor, I'm a massive foodie but everything on the menu was ridiculously overpriced and there wasn't many food options. Ended up getting a ceaser salad with chicken and that was medicore, I've made better at home. Service was lovely albeit quite slow. Wouldn't go back again if the menu/prices remains the same. Would be great to see some pasta mains, more exciting sides and cocktail options. Can't fault the atmosphere as it was very relaxing and appreciate the birthday treat at the end of the meal.

   Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were personally disappointed with the menu offering as we do offer a large selection of dishes and items from the grill. The theme of our restaurant is steaks and large cuts of meat along with other fish and vegan dishes. All of our food is cooked and prepared from fresh and the items are priced accordingly . Pasta is not something we would be looking to do as we are not marketing ourselves as an Italian restaurant. I am pleased you were well looked after and your birthday acknowledged.

    Fantastic service, delicious and well presented food. I've tried many dishes and have not been disappointed once. Highly recommend for adult meals out- either business or pleasure.
