As always, the food was great, not over seasoned but pleasant and tasteful. The facility is a beautiful 19th century mansion set on beautifully groomed and peaceful grounds. Service was friendly and impeccably done. Our server did a great job of recommending a wine to complement our dinners

First time dinner at 18Twenty at the Kent Island Resort. The food: the rolls, the salad, the entrees (scallops; blackened salmon) and the shared dessert of Black Forest cheesecake were all wonderful and beautifully presented. The elegant ambience of an old inn with modern touches was lovely as were the grounds which sit along Thompson Creek. The hostess and our server were friendly and helpful. A perfect place for celebrating our wedding anniversary. It's a bit far from the DC suburbs and over the bridge past Annapolis but it is so special that it is worth the drive.

We had a lovely, quiet early dinner (late lunch). It was nice to find fine dining and fun cocktails on Kent Island. The resort grounds and building are truly special. As new residents of Kent Island, the 18twenty will certainly be our "special occasion" restaurant of choice!

Clearly operating on a skeleton crew. The server had to make the drinks as there was no bartender. She did not know how to make a manhattten drink. Served something that was terrible. ordered a glass of wine. Service was fast and good. Meat came out with a sharp knlfe covered in sauce. Very few customers the whole time there. Meat was overdone. Fish was excellent. If I had not been there before, I would not come back. However, I will make reservations when I anticipate a full crew.

Our experience at 18Twenty was exceptional. The staff was so kind and professional. We were able to take our time and enjoy the amazing food and drinks. The resort atmosphere is beautiful.

This was our first visit and we were very excited to try this place out. The place is gorgeous and very clean. However, our food was so disappointing. We all ordered the chicken and waffles. It was basically like ordering a frozen Tyson chicken patty that you heat up and put between two waffles. The waffles were tasty but the chicken was tiny and should never have been considered “fried chicken”. We also ordered the tater tot casserole. It came out cold in a skillet. I had to keep asking for refills on coffee and soft drinks. I am not one to complain or give negative feedback but the food just didn’t match the venue. It’s possible it could have been lacking because it was Mother’s Day and they had another brunch occurring on the grounds, but it was just a bummer for a first visit. I hope they take this feedback into consideration. We really wanted to like this place because the restaurant and manor are absolutely stunning.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at 18Twenty! The restored building is beautiful; the ambiance is very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very warm, kind, and efficient and we were very impressed with our meals! Everything we ordered was delicious, seasoned well, and the courses came out well timed so we werent rushed but also werent waiting forever between courses. This was an absolute treat to find and we cant wait to come back again - especially to try brunch and to check out the outdoor dining that we were told is in the works. Thank you for a lovely dinner experience!
