18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

The live band played some jazz style music. Our waiter, Taylor, was great and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was delicious. I'm hoping to go back in a few weeks for my birthday

The listing of House Rules was a little off putting! I was hoping for the Speakeasy experience but it was no longer. The music was ok for dinner party conversation but not for jamming to jazz. The menu selection was a bit more exotic than I expected from previous visits more than a year ago.

This is our go-to restaurant for celebratory meals. The service is terrific, the live music is fantastic, and the speak-easy vibe is divine. We love 18th and 21st. Shelly was a lovely server last night. She made our 50th 1st date anniversary extra special.
