18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

Join us for a night of cocktails, food, fun and history! This month for Cured College Cocktail Class we are going to be making cocktails that stem from the traditional sour builds. Each guest will make 2 different cocktails sponsored by Don Julio and Bulleit Bourbon as well as taste a collection of variations. A special app from the kitchen is also included with the ticket price but you are more than welcome to order more food and drinks while you enjoy the event. If you're new to making drinks or maybe you're looking to add some recipes to your repertoire, either way come join us in 18th and 21st monday night!

This is our “very special occasion” go-to. Everything was wonderful, our server Angel was terrific and gave very helpful suggestions. John (“Chordy”) serenaded us with song for our anniversary. They are top-notch.

Coconut shrimp was moist, tender, and luscious. The poached lobster was out of this world! The room is beautiful and the musical accompaniment was most enjoyable!

The ambiance and vibe was good. The food was just mediocre and the service was awful. They automatically add 20% gratuity to all checks regardless of party size and that definitely reflects in the service. Our server had absolutely no eagerness to assist us and was in no rush to help us at all. We had to call her attention to ask everything. They don’t have to work for extra tips there and that clearly shows in the service. I would definitely not go back there again.

We are disheartened to hear that you were so underwhelmed with the food and downright disappointed with your service. Our entire team works hard to not only provide exceptional food and stellar service but to exceed our guests expectations. It is clear that we missed the mark during your time with us. We are never ones to offer excuses and we won't start now. What we can offer is our sincere apology that your dinner didn't live up to those expectations, nor our standards. It seems this was your first time with us. We know that first impressions are everytrhing but we hope you might offer us another opportunity in the future to serve you in a manner that we know our team is capable.

Such an amazing experience dining at 18th and 21st. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, the band was lovely, and the ambiance was exquisite! 10/10 highly recommend for special occasions or a cute date night.

My first experience was wonderful, I will be returning. I recommend the smoke on the water cocktail and the crab blossom appetizer, both absolutely delicious.

I absolutely loved mostly everything about this restaurant. I was pleasantly pleased with how the atmosphere was and the food was amazing. The oysters were good but small portions were served. Albeit delicious, it left much to be desired because of the small amount. The love jazz was a plus. I would visit again and will continue to try many different options served on the menu.

Second time coming here. Good was terrific, and service was great excellent. Only downside was we showed up a few minutes before the band took a somewhat long break. Other than that, another great experience.

Always top notch; why we go on a regular basis. Additionally, we intentionally choose the same set of tables so that we get our favorite server, Angel, who is always the best. Bonus on this evening is we got chat with Steve Sr. and Steven. Great stores about food and bourbon; always a pleasure.
