18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

This restaurant has become our favorite "celebration" venue. From the hostess greeting us at the front door to the server and the musician, each person made us feel welcome and special. The food was divine, as always, and the service was efficient, friendly and unobtrusive. We had a lovely evening and appreciated the special card and tasty treats gifted to us for our anniversary. We will be back.

Food was good. AC wasn,t working. So noisy I couldn,t hear vocalist. 31$ for a hamburger is out of the realm of reality!

When we went on Sunday. It was about 80-85 degrees in the restaurant. Our poor waitress was sweating and visibly uncomfortable. She had to walk away while taking food orders because her sweat was burning her eyes. She was positive and professional. She said it was worse in the kitchen. We’ve been before and it’s the first time this happened. Most of the food was good. We are not writing this restaurant completely off, this is just a reflection of the most recent visit.

Loved loved my experience here. From the ambience to the food to the live jazz. Exceptional. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent all around!! My husband and I went here for our anniversary and truly had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the service was just as good if not better. Our waiter Taylor made wonderful recommendations and took very good care of us! The ambience and the music were both lovely, as well as the handcrafted cocktails. I highly recommend visiting for a date night or special occasion!

Overall great customer service. Tuna tartar was excellent. The lobster linguine was flat in flavor. Lobster was chewy.
