18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

Cameron was our waitress and she was just wonderful. She was a breath of fresh air, responsive to our needs and a pleasure for all of us.

I thought the food was really good except the lobster was really small for $50. We got the coconut shrimp and my friend got a steak. Both of them were really good. It was disappointing seeing a small lobster on a bed of pasta for $50.

My guest and I had an absolute wonderful time at your restaurant! Food was delicious and prepared perfectly, drinks were great. Recommend the experience for anyone looking for a perfect dining experience!

A hidden gem that I’m happy we discovered. We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday with live jazz, drinks and food in swanky surroundings. 18th & 21st exceeded our expectations. We especially loved our server who went above and beyond with her warmth, recommendations, and complimentary sparkling wine and decadent chocolate cake. The live band was talented and played at the perfect volume to enjoy their music but not be overwhelmed by it. Highly recommend the tuna tartare and charcuterie combo. We’ll definitely be back—and not just for special occasions.

Perfect for a date night when you want to make a great impression. Drinks were perfect! The live music was an added bonus. I have nothing, but good things to say about this place!!

Always an excellent choice. Food is great tasting and well presented. Menu is focused and well done. Atmosphere is club like as you would expect for a Speakeasy. A fun room. The Jazz group is loud and rambling. (Sometimes a little too loud for conversation) Don't let that dissuade you. It's definitely a fun evening
