18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really delicious and savory food. Definitely will be back, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy delicious food, and the ambiance is superb.

I recently had the pleasure to celebrate my birthday on 18th and 21st, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The décor is a perfect blend of modern elegance and vintage charm, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere along with live music. The menu offers a delightful array of dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the quality and presentation of the food. The standout dish for me was the perfectly cooked filet mignon, accompanied by a vegetable and delectable sauce. What truly sets 18th and 21st apart is the exceptional service. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, 18th and 21st is a gem of a restaurant that excels in every aspect. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or simply a memorable night out, this place will not disappoint. My friends were also very pleased with the restaurant, sharing in my regard for the food, service, and atmosphere. I can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary delights. I will definitely be back. I wish more restaurants were like this.

Our server Trevor was exceptional! He was on point with the recommendations. The place was exceptional. it was very cozy. the music was wonderful. Nice spot!

Our experience was epic to say the least. Our hostess, Angel was top-notch as she was the ultimate vibe-setter to welcome my family to the restaurant while celebrating my mother’s milestone birthday. We enjoyed the jams from the Kevin Howard band & they kindly gave an acknowledgement to each party dining for a celebratory occasion. My mom was shocked to hear them sing happy birthday to her. The food was savory, hot & worth every dollar and exuded presentation that feels like a one-of-a-kind dish. For entrees, I recommend the braised beef short ribs, poached lobster, duroc pork chop. Appetizers: coconut shrimp, lump crab blossom. Drinks: smoked old fashion, strawberry wheat fields & watermelon sugar. Dessert: creme brûlée & blueberry cake. This spot is a local gem. Enjoy!

This place was such a delight! You can tell it used to be a speakeasy because it definitely has that vibe. The music was soothing and enjoyable. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the oysters for an appetizer and the braised beef short rib for an entree. It was my cousin’s birthday and the restaurant gave us a complimentary champagne toast and also gave my cousin a complimentary slice of cake that came with a lit candle. It was such a beautiful gesture on their behalf. Our server, Shelly, was so polite and attentive. This place is a great choice for a date night or if you just want somewhere elegant yet chill to go to.

Wonderful experience! I have been to 18th & 21st several times and have enjoyed immensely. Recently dined with three guests and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, atmosphere, music, hostess, waiters. We were greeted by lovely hostess, Sydney. She was very friendly and sweet. Our waiter, Angel was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about drinks, appetizers, entrées. Angel was very personable and engaging and gave us great recommendations. She was attentive and made us feel special. We were celebrating my 60th birthday. I was pleasantly surprised when she brought a slice of delicious chocolate cake with a candle to end our evening. This is my favorite restaurant in the Columbia area🥰

This restaurant has become our favorite "celebration" venue. From the hostess greeting us at the front door to the server and the musician, each person made us feel welcome and special. The food was divine, as always, and the service was efficient, friendly and unobtrusive. We had a lovely evening and appreciated the special card and tasty treats gifted to us for our anniversary. We will be back.
