18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

Excellent all around!! My husband and I went here for our anniversary and truly had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the service was just as good if not better. Our waiter Taylor made wonderful recommendations and took very good care of us! The ambience and the music were both lovely, as well as the handcrafted cocktails. I highly recommend visiting for a date night or special occasion!

The food is very good but, even though the restaurant was only half filled, we were given the worst table.

We are delighted to hear that you felt the food was so good, but disappointed to learn that you were so unhappy with your table. We do our very best to ensure that all of our guests are afforded a "good table" but obviously we missed the mark when it came to your experience. We've made a not in your OpenTable file that you do not like that particular table where you were seated. When making reservations in the future if you could provide us some guidance on where you would prefer to sit we will do everything we can to accommodate that request, as well as put a note about your preferences in your file. We ordered oysters and it took a while to come to the table but the server comped the dessert so great customer service. Food was good but a little overpriced for what you get - likely to pay for atmosphere and live jazz which were both outstanding. Would definitely come back and bring friends.
