Great service, Adam was very knowledgeable about the entrees & the wine. Food was outstanding, substitution was possible for our side ( mushrooms weren’t on the menu but chef made it happen). Terrific desert!

We had a really lovely meal at 1888. Morgan was a very attentive server and recommended great menu items which were perfectly prepared. It was a Thursday evening, so the restaurant wasn’t overly busy so we enjoyed a nice, quiet meal.

Little overpriced. Beef was good but appetizers were very plain. Good selection of wines. Good service.

I had a wonderful time at 1888. Corey was my server and he was very professional and engaging with the menu. The manager stopped by multiple times during the evening and greatly improved our experience. I loved the lamb tartar. Definitely a perfect spot to celebrate!

One of the best steaks and dining experiences I have had in a long time. Great meat cut, cooked to perfection and the sommelier pared the meal with a perfect wine. Bit expensive but worth the cost

This is a splurge restaurant at a splurge hotel in a splurge destination town. Has to deliver. Bottom line: great service, intimate atmosphere, phenomenal views, simple but fine menu. You go hungry, but not *because* you're hungry. You go to say you went. That it doesn't disappoint makes this an easy 5 stars. And thanks for the whisky recommendation!

If it hadn’t have been for the food, we would have loved our experience at 1888. The service and the atmosphere were fantastic. To be fair, the food was well prepared, however it just wasn’t our style.
