We have been here many times and always have a good time at the bar and the food was very good. Also, our server was efficient and friendly.

Food was ok but services was extremely slow. We waited over an hour before our appetizers appeared and another hour before the entrees were served.

Food was excellent. Service was okay. Staff was very kind but overall lacking. No silverware was placed and we needed to ask for it after appetizers were delivered. Ordered a new drink and took 20+ min to get. Ordered slice of cake and coffee for dessert, coffee came out and cake was an additional 20 minutes. Not huge deals and not enough to stop me me come back but some areas of improvement especially for prices of entrees.

We’ve never visited before, and saw how gorgeous the setting was online. Even while a wedding was going on next door in one of the ballrooms, our area was separate and well run. Food was absolutely amazing, and the view through the windows of downtown Bethlehem is unmatched. We’ll be back.

Enjoyed a nice lunch celebrating Valentine’s Day! Enjoyed drinks and had New England clam chowder to start. Meals were shaved steak sandwich and chicken pot stickers which were all delicious 👍

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Bethlehem 1741 on the Terrace during Winter Restaurant Week, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. The ambience of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed evening out. The service was exceptional—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. We chose to go with the Winter Restaurant Week menu, and both of us selected the skirt steak for our entrée. It was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, making for an incredibly satisfying meal. We also enjoyed the appetizers and desserts, which were a great complement to the main course. As this was my first time visiting, I was impressed by the overall quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning in the future to explore more of what the restaurant has to offer. Highly recommend for a great night out in Bethlehem!
