Excellent ambiance, meal and server. Liz was exceptionally nice, funny and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from our drinks to our dessert was 5 star. I had the lamb chops, my husband had the filet. Best. Meal. Ever.

For our anniversary, the wait staff sat us right at the window, which was awesome. We also got a free $10 dessert for celebrating our anniversary there. The food and drinks were fantastic. They should be a special occasion restaurant for couples or families in the area. The gem of Bethlehem.

Excellent table service. It was also very quiet because of the Labor Day holiday. Mixed drinks were made to perfection . They finished our night with a free Anniversary brownie that two of us couldn’t finish. Love Hotel Bethlehem!

The terrace was a charming space in the historic hotel. The variety of brunch items from which to choose was outstanding, from a waffle and omelet station to a carving station, from hot dishes offering great protein choices to classic cold appetizers of cheese, fruit, and vegetables. Friendly to those with nut allergies, the chef served a delicious chocolate cake separately and brought out separate croissants to be safe. It was a very pleasant experience, which came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

This is the second time we enjoyed this wonderful restaurant. The food was great. The service was superb and the ambience was absolutely beautiful.

Overall, we had an excellent experience. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and decor was tranquil with a flare of elegance. Would definitely revisit.

Overall a wonderful experience. The only thing that I did not appreciate was that even after making reservations, I was not guaranteed that I would be able to be on the Terrace. Even after arriving to the hotel and being informed that the Terrace was available, the front desk lady was trying her best to keep me at the Tap Room and not where my actual reservation spot was reserved. It was not appreciated. I did express that because the Terrace was available, that I only would like to be seated there. I got a huff and a puff along with a frown and rolling eyes, but after all of this nonsense, I was finally seated on The Terrace.
