Excellent table service. It was also very quiet because of the Labor Day holiday. Mixed drinks were made to perfection . They finished our night with a free Anniversary brownie that two of us couldn’t finish. Love Hotel Bethlehem!

The terrace was a charming space in the historic hotel. The variety of brunch items from which to choose was outstanding, from a waffle and omelet station to a carving station, from hot dishes offering great protein choices to classic cold appetizers of cheese, fruit, and vegetables. Friendly to those with nut allergies, the chef served a delicious chocolate cake separately and brought out separate croissants to be safe. It was a very pleasant experience, which came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

This is the second time we enjoyed this wonderful restaurant. The food was great. The service was superb and the ambience was absolutely beautiful.

Overall, we had an excellent experience. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and decor was tranquil with a flare of elegance. Would definitely revisit.

Overall a wonderful experience. The o my thing that I did not appreciate was that even after making reservations, I was not guaranteed that I would be able to be on the Terrace. Even after arriving to the hotel and being informed that the Terrace was available, the front desk lady was trying her best to keep me at the Tap Room and not where my actual reservation spot was reserved. It was not appreciated. I did express that because the Terrace was available, that I only would like to be seated there. I got a huff and a puff along with a frown and rolling eyes, but after all of this nonsense, I was finally seated on The Terrace.

Everything about our evening was wonderful. My pork chop was absolutely delicious. Will definitely return. So Yummy 😋

Beautiful setting and wonderful food. The waitstaff was prompt and courteous. We celebrated my daughter’s engagement and were not disappointed.

This was during the” Musik Fest” Even though o had a resy on open table, they didn’t have it in their computer? We skipped the restaurant upstairs because of horrible noise level( a decent size band was playing in the room ( not a string quartet ) They only have one menu during the festival as we found out & we decided to eat downstairs in bar area instead. Not exactly top notch service but food was tasty. We shared a few items, an appetizer and two entrees. Not sure with a hotel of that caliber why service staff aren’t trained or trained the same way. It’s very disappointing. maybe we can try the restaurant again someday -Not during the festival or busy time in Bethlehem.

We love going to the Bethlehem hotel for lunch when visiting our daughter at school and have always been very happy with the meals and service but yesterday was not good at all. My husband ordered the grass fed burger and he said it was flavorless , my gripe is with the lobster roll which I order every single time I have eaten there… it literally and I counted, 4 pieces of lobster meat and primarily claw meat…I am never one to complain about my meals but Open Table asked so I will tell you for 33.00 there should be more meat in the lobster roll, also the clarified butter that came on the side, not even mixed in to the four puces of lobster meat, was unsalted and the fat portion of the butter was still on top, very disappointed and probably will never eat there again sadly….Management needs to address the kitchen.
