Food and ambiance are exquisite. Hotel staff and hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The server was a bit of a negative experience. They were out of the wine we wanted, and rather than suggest another bottle, he wanted to leave while we looked over the menu. We asked him to wait because we would only be a moment, but he left anyway. He rushed us through other parts of our meal, but then explained in unnecessary detail very basic parts of our meal. He did not bring the proper wine glasses for the wine we ordered and when I asked ignored me at first and then said they only have Bordeaux glasses (we did not order a Bordeaux). We still enjoyed our meal but would specifically request not to be at his table again if I returned.

I took my wife for her birthday dinner & she loved it! Great restaurant, classy, great service & the food was top tier!

The sides were put on the wrong plate. We were given another plate to correct it ourselves. Served the wrong steak. I think they were out of the wagyu ribeye, and sent me the regular ribeye thinking I wouldn’t notice. They compensated us free round of drinks. However, I expected better quality and service from such a high priced steakhouse.

Our stake was undercooked twice. The manager came by I explained the situation and she almost seemed like she didn’t know what to do and simply walked away. I’m not mad. The place was beautiful and everything else other than the stake was delicious.

Excellent food and great service from Michael! His attention made our experience even better! The oyster were fresh the filet tender and flavorful the baked Alaska with a non traditional twist was yummy
