It was a terrible experience. The staff was busy talking amongst themselves. Not paying attention. The hostess was up by the pizza area the whole time. We were party of 8 and only 2 other tables in the whole place. 4 people’s food came out cold and we had to send it back to heat it and it still came back cold again. One person at our table never got their food. It was a mess the whole experience!! Won’t go back.

Food was good but rushed so pizza was soggy inside and burnt outside. Kitchen kept messing up order and found a string in salad but server quickly rectified it. Would give another chance!

Great food but someone needs to do something about the temperature inside in the summer. AC almost nonexistant.

1653 is amazing. The pizza is fantastic. They have a seasonally updated menu with eclectic and delicious appetizers and main dishes. Frank, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. He is also a great mixologist to boot. I highly recommend 1653 Pizza.

Food has changed-clam pie isnt as good, linguine and clams had no clams-very disappointing. This use to be our familys favorite place.

Had such a wonderful evening here with friends. We didn't want to leave. The food was incredible. We had pasta and pizza. No crumb left behind. Definitely going back!
