Unfortunately, this was our least enjoyable dining experience in Bermuda. We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthday, and while the staff acknowledged the occasion at check-in, there was no further recognition throughout the evening. The atmosphere was overwhelming, with loud music blaring from the ceiling speakers and a noisy environment, exacerbated by unruly patrons with young children who could not stay seated.
We ordered an overpriced bottle of wine, which we nearly finished before our first course finally arrived. The service was extremely slow, and the food did not meet expectations. The menu seemed more suited for a casual poolside snack, featuring options like chicken wings, flatbreads, fish, and steak. The cod I ordered was particularly disappointing—poorly prepared and not worth finishing.
The dessert selection was equally underwhelming, focused on basic options such as scoops of ice cream and gummy bears. When we declined dessert, the server promptly brought the bill and left, without any effort to enhance our experience.
Overall, this restaurant seems more suitable for families with children coming in from the pool, rather than those seeking a refined dining experience. It falls short in both service and quality compared to the other restaurants at the Fairmont Princess. We left feeling disappointed, especially on such a special occasion.
