Food was too spicy even when I said no sauce on my tuna. The chef put pepper grounds on it.

We only had one nite in Bermuda so I wanted it to be special!! After much research this did not disappoint!!!! Everything was amazing from the service to the spectacular food.. to the atmosphere!!! I highly recommend!!!

The view and the food are delicious- had the tuna ceviche appetizer it was outstanding - we also enjoyed braised beef short rib- service was great!

I always go for the ambiance, the staff is always friendly and make you feel welcomed. Its our fav spot to get together and we go at least once a month.

Frose cocktails took forever then arrived already melted.. unbeatable view saves the restaurant.

Food looks amazing but very salty! Beautiful atmospher but does get super windy after 8p where we had to hold onto our napkins and salad pieces. The beef short rib was abundant although very salty. The braised pork was so hard to cut into that the waitress had to give me a steak knife. It was also salty. The octopus ceviche was tasty with the plaintain chips. The salad was also delightful with fruits pieces. We ordered shrimp for it, and it came out with 4 very salty (small) shrimps. Overall, would come here maybe for drinks but not for food.

Had another great meal at 1609. The views are gorgeous and the food is consistently excellent. We always love the Fairmont cocktails & the margaritas did not disappoint. The hot sauce is the first hot sauce in Bermuda that is proper hot! Sumit was a very attentive and knowledgeable waiter. Thanks for a lovely evening!
