The food is exceptional, even with a very large and ambitious menu. Appetizers, handhelds, salads -- all excellent. The service is professional yet friendly. The issue of the noise from Main Street, especially the extremely ear-splitting sounds of the passing motorcycles, shatters the ear drums and makes conversation almost impossible at times. This is not the fault of the restaurant -- Sarasota needs a noise ordinance. It almost ruins the experience.

Our food was excellent, very fresh salad and the soft shell crab was perfect. The room was a bit noisy to our liking, luckily we were seated away from the main dining area. Service was very good, we look forward to coming back!

1592 Wood Fired Kitchen is on a roll. It has achieved consistently good food at reasonable prices. Menu is broad and pleasing. Food itself is tasty. Price points are quite reasonable. It definitely is a go to restaurant.

Service was great and enjoyed the outside dining. Have eaten here before and enjoyed the food but the chicken in two of our meals tonite was tough and chewy instead of tender and juicy. Would definitely give this another chance because the menu was terrific and maybe this was just a bad night for chicken.

Really great food selection here. We sat outside and we were there early enough for half priced wine which was great. Service was nice, but I think our server was a little young and shy. Didn’t really provide a lot of details, but was still a very nice server. I’m probably being overly picky with that. Highly recommend! We will be back.🔙
