The food is so good! Everything was absolutely delicious! We tried four different cocktails too and all were unique and totally satisfying. Everyone was so lovey and so knowledgeable. 100% would go back and that’s unusual for me these days.

One of the best Korean meal we have ever had. Went there for my bf birthday and the staff + chef Dave really went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you! We highly recommend this restaurant. Such a gem!

Honestly, I hate writing reviews, but this was probably the best food I’ve had in a while. Portions were amazing and the bill was even better. 5 drinks, 3 apps and a Saam for 210 bucks - unreal value.

Server recommended stuffed pepper and beef tartare. Both were great starters. We then shared Sujebi . The sauce, the shrimp and the pasta were just perfect match. The bone-in beef short rib was definitely the highlight of the whole meal. It was so tender and savory . To finish off, the cornpop binsoo was refreshing and was so good. Will definitely come back again!

Visiting 156 Cumberland Restaurant for the first time, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, despite its Michelin rating. However, by the end of the evening, I found myself utterly blown away by the entire dining experience. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was a perfect balance of modern sophistication and warmth, setting the stage for what would be an unforgettable meal. The menu, a testament to creativity and precision, offered a journey through flavors and textures that kept me intrigued and excited with every course. Each dish was meticulously crafted, showcasing not just the quality of the ingredients but also the expertise and passion of the chefs. The standout for me was the dessert—an extraordinary popcorn creation that defied expectations. The playful blend of sweet and savory elements, paired with the perfect textures, made this dish nothing short of spectacular.
