    Our experience at 14 Hils was disappointing. The food and service fell short of expectations, and the much-touted rooftop was unexpectedly closed. While the venue is visually appealing and great for photos, it’s not the best choice if you’re looking for a satisfying meal. We wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on our visit.

    Amazing views ,nice cocktails ....i been there on a friday so staff was busy ,but anyway they were nice and kind :)

    Excellent food and service. A lower score though because you are rushed through your meal and the music is what I assume is techno. Neither of these factors are conducive to a relaxing experience in which you can enjoy the gorgeous food. We kept being rushed along. After a busy week lurching from one appointment to the next, we both wanted a relaxing eating experience.

    After a walk around The Garden at 120 Fenchurch Street we went down one floor to 14 Hills. We'd booked a table in the bar for 8.45. The service was excellent, cocktails delicious and food tasy and great value. We were seated near the window and it didn't feel noisy. We will return.

    The table was perfect, what a view. We had a wonderful patient waiter who didn’t rush us. The food was delicious and the drinks were frankly yummy.

    We recently dined at 14 Hills to celebrate my husband's birthday, hoping for a memorable and romantic evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. Upon arrival, we requested a seat by the windows to enjoy the renowned view. However, we understood when they informed us that those seats were unavailable due to the restaurant being busy. Instead, we were seated by the tills, where the constant noise and chatter from the staff disrupted any chance of a romantic setting. Despite the less-than-ideal seating arrangement, our waitress was lovely and attentive, which was the highlight of our visit. However, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the duck, which was a very small portion—definitely not satisfying if you come hungry. My advice: if you have a bigger appetite, go for the T-bone instead. Overall, our visit lasted about 45 minutes before we decided to leave. Given the combination of the noisy atmosphere and disappointing portions, it was not the special evening we had hoped for. While the service was commendable, the overall experience at 14 Hills was underwhelming and not worth a repeat visit.
