Studio Gauthier is the exciting new project from Alexis Gauthier, taking over the unique and beautiful setting of the BFI building in Fitzrovia. Beautiful velvet booths meet austere concrete and California colours with a large open kitchen to see everything the chefs are preparing. The 100% plant based menu features, for the first time, Gauthier Soho level dishes in a less formal and more wallet friendly environment, perfect for a fun evening with friends.
Also don’t miss the private, sheltered mews terrace at the back.

Dining at Studio Gauthier has been an amazing experience. By far the best vegan food I ever had. We had the tasting menu. Every dish left us speechless. Service has been great, Ambiente chic and cozy. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Would recommend visiting to my closest friends. In fact will visit London again just for another heavenly food experience.

I have been wanting to visit 123V for a couple of years now, but just hadn’t got round to it. I can honestly say it was a dining experience worth waiting for! My partner and I (both vegan) wanted to treat ourselves for our anniversary and Gauthier seemed like the perfect place. The restaurant was immaculate, we loved the decor! The service was incredible, our waiter (whose name we sadly didn’t catch) was amazing and he ensured we were well looked after during our visit. We chose the 2hr Bottomless Sushi option, which we arrogantly thought we would bulldoze through…we were quickly humbled. The quality and richness of the food spot on and we left the venue promising our swift return. This is my new favourite spot in London and it is going to take a lot to beat it!

The food is ridiculously delicious and the staff is delightful. Studio Gauthier has quickly become a firm favourite.

Studio Gauthier is a fantastic place to have a reasonably priced, mouth-wateringly delicious and authentically plant-based meal experience. Perfect for those of us who are tired of the classics and want to try new flavours. The venue is in a prime location and the staff is super welcoming.

Amazing food - you'd never believe it was all vegan. The service was attentive but never in your face allowing for a very chilled and relaxed long lunch.

Great service and amazing staff, food and location. Very happy this restaurant is now opened for lunch as its the perfect stop before a matinee show.

The food was fantastic, the service was very friendly and attentive, the setting and ambience was lovely. We had lunch there for a family birthday and loved it. We would highly recommend.

Food was sublime! The flavours were incredible and I couldn't believe how realistically they recreated different types of sushi using vegan ingredients. The staff were super friendly and explained how to order and were very attentive. No complaints, I'll definitely be visiting again!
