123V Browns is Chef Gauthier's latest opening. A peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Mayfair within the exclusive Brown's department store. With a lush courtyard for alfresco lunch and dinner and a bijoux dining room, 123V Browns is beautifully decorated and in keeping with the slightly eccentric and unique look of Browns.
The menu offers a combination of small Garden sushi to share and a wide range of salads and bowls.

123V was voted Best Vegan of the Year by Harden's Guide and is also Peta's Restaurant of the Year.

Really lovely good, good atmosphere and friendly staff. The staff could have been slightly more attentive but we really enjoyed ourselves.

Food quality was good, although choice is limited compared wih other Gauthier restaurants. Aperol spritz was a little on the small side but well made. It was really quiet for a lunch time on a Friday, so not sure if it's only just opened. Some staff also seemed to be very new. Finding the loo is a challenge (through a shop full of designer handbags and down some back stairs). Knocked one star off as one staff member started leaning across us to clear plates, while we were still eating and it was sometimes hard to get their attention..even though was pretty empty. Would probably try it again, if I was in the area.

A charming vegan sushi place in the heart of Mayfair. Service was attentive and helpful. The menu choices were innovative. My favourite was the crispy rice nigiri style roll with black miso and mushroom.

Excellent new additions to menu. We shared over 50% of menu plus Hand Rolls and desserts. Very good waitress service. Relaxing garden area. 123V @ Browns is an oasis of calm efficiency offering an innovative vegan menu unrivalled in London that leaves my omnivore friends in awe. Definitely will return soon.

Absolutely wonderful food. As vegans, it’s so gratifying to have so much choice of flavourful healthy food. I love all the Gauthier restaurants. Great venue; sweet garden. The service was a little slow, but to be fair the restaurant was busy and there wasn’t enough staff to reflect that. Weird situation having to walk through a high end shop to reach the lavatories. Staff there obv have to keep an eye on their stock, but it made us feel slightly uncomfortable. We don’t want their nasty animal skin bags anyway ..!

Everything was perfect, from start to finish. Lovely staff, beautiful yard, excellent food. We had a discount but the price would have been great even without it. The experience was just superb! We highly recommend it.

Beautiful new place for the Gauthier crew. Garden sushi really hits the spot, so good. Make sure to try the 3D and the Tokyo!
