The 1215 fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens.

This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.

Great experience, only problem is the menu had changed in the 2 weeks since booking without notification, it had steak and Dover sole. Wasn't until the halibut and lamb (which my partner does not eat) we realised. And apparently it was 2 days before. It would be good to be notified of the change so we could have gone somewhere else. The experience was good and our waiter Freddie was great

A lovely venue for a celebration. Enjoyed an amazing meal for our anniversary here. Relaxed atmosphere where the food does the talking. Great service from friendly staff.

3rd time at 1215 and again it didn’t disappoint! Great to be seated in one of booths again, giving great views across wider restaurant/outside. Our server “Freddy” was very knowledgeable on the menu and made sure our Gluten Free options were also well explained. He also provided excellent ongoing service throughout the meal. Will definitely return, knowing full well we will get great food and service during this time. Thanks

excellent food and service good only let down by charging £35 for a small glass of pinot noir!!! outrageous price and wasn’t told until the bill came -if you going to charge over the top price for a glass of wine you should inform the customer first and then let them make the choice

Great service and delicious food. I must recommend Martin and Tan who were knowledgeable and friendly and provided exemplary service. It was a nice touch to meet the chef Tim as well.
