We enjoyed the drinks and ambiance once we finally found this place, but getting there was a frustrating experience. It took us nearly 30 minutes to locate, and we saw multiple people struggling the same way.
The website directs guests to the lower floor of the parking lot, where we found signage confirming we were in the right place. However, there was no host, no clear instructions, and even after calling the listed number, no one answered. Several other guests were waiting with us. Eventually, someone from our group discovered that check-in was actually at the Roof kiosk outside—a crucial detail missing from the website.
At the kiosk, we were met with indifference despite the long line of confused guests. After signing a waiver, we were escorted to an elevator, but even upon reaching the rooftop, there were no clear signs for the bar. We had to ask an employee, who reluctantly led us through multiple doors and staircases before we finally arrived.
By then, my husband was so frustrated it took him a drink to get over it. The other guests we saw searching never made it, either due to confusion or frustration—an operational failure that could seriously hurt this business. It was practically empty and three loud guests at the bar overpowered the space with their voices which added to our annoyance.
Finally, we expected food, but the menu only had drinks. The website needs an urgent update to clarify check-in instructions, direct guests to the Roof, and allow waiver pre-signing for a seamless experience. Otherwise, this place risks losing customers simply because they can’t find it.
