    Good charming place in the Financial District without the corporate vibe. Service was good and food was ok. A bit expensive, but great for a date or a quiet girls night.

    Went for lunch with my team, it was great! We all ordered the same thing, the burger. It was delis, you will not be disappointed.

    The aesthetic of 11:59 is very cute and if you are looking for a place to have happy hour before dinner, this is a good spot. However, I will warn you that due to their very open kitchen which includes a deep fryer, you will leave smelling like fried food. This is especially true if you are sitting at the bar. I found the smell and feel of cooking smoke overwhelming, my jacket will carry my lunch with me likely for the remainder of the day. The cocktail/mocktail and wine list is great, lots of selection and variety! This is definitely their strong suit. I would not recommend this spot for a business lunch or larger group meal.

    We got to our table at 12:45 and food arrived at our table at 1:30. Almost an hour wait? We saw our server twice, when she dropped off the menus and when she came to collect the bill. I am not sure if she went on her lunch but we did not see her. Other people came to fill our waters, drop off our food. No acknowledgement from staff to inform us that the food will be delayed. While we were dining, twice the wrong items were dropped off at our table, 2 drinks and 2 food items. Also this cafe/bar does not carry decaf, only herbal teas. I find the menu to be restrictive and misleading. I felt ripped off when I ordered "Spanish Omlette" and it wasn't actually an omlette but a tiny slice of an old quiche with barely any eggs, chorizo or onions. My friend's smoked duck sandwich was worse. The bread was stale and hard, the crust of the bread just fell off from how dry it was. Also, everything inside the sandwich was fridge cold. As if they just took it out of the fridge and slapped it on. It was a tasteless cold sandwich. And the fact that salad is $5 and potatoe wedges is $6 extra is scam. Most places that serve lunch include it with their lunch menu and offer to substitute one for the other. Happy Hour menu is an even bigger joke. From 11:30-5 pm, wine is $11 glass, cocktails range from $10-$14 and beef and veggie burgers are just $21. These are regular priced menu items in the Financial District. How is this a happy hour in any form? Spanish omlette (with a side of wedges) was $27 and smoked duck sandwich was $22 (with tax) . We arrived hungry and left hungrier. It was a waste of time and money. It was better when Boxcar Social was located here.
