Welcome to 103 Prime at Valentino's, a Modern Italian Steakhouse and Seafood Restaurant located in Park Ridge, NJ. Our focus at 103 PRIME is to provide exceptional food, beverage, service and ambiance to our local Bergen and Rockland County residents and corporate communities, as well as to our traveling corporate and non-corporate diners.

The kitchen specializes in hand-cut, in-house U.S.D.A. Prime 21+ day dry aged steaks, fresh market seafood and eclectic modern Italian cuisine.

103 PRIME is located just minutes away from Park Ridge, Montvale and Woodcliff Lake hotels and corporate parks at the landmark 'Valentino's', a fully restored 100-year-old Victorian home in Park Ridge, New Jersey. Excellent. Staff was great. For appetizers we had the bacon and meatballs. Both delicious! Martinis were on point. Steaks for dinner, desserts were fantastic and we ended it with amazing coffee. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I live in Monmouth County. 103 Prime is about an hour away. There were 6 of us all together who agreed.....SOOO worth the drive!!! We shared a bunch of appetizers, (Clams Oreganata, Mussels Fra diavalo, Ceasar Salad, Thick Cut Bacon, Spicy Tuna Tartare) All fantastic and very generous portions! For our main we shared the Porter house Steak and Chilian Sea Bass! Also very very good! Over-all Food was excellent, service was on point and how can I forget their desert selections? Yummmyyyy !! We cant wait to go back !

We have dined here a few times now. This was our first time since they renovated. The interior decor is neutral and in the main dining room, the noise level is a bit better. Food is consistently delicious. Portions are just right. They originally seated us in the bar room at a table that was too big for the four of us and the bar crowd was noisy. When asked for a different table, they immediately offered us a choice of three different tables in the other room. They were very accommodating. Service is always attentive without hovering. A place to visit over and over again.

This is another neighborhood gem. Food is always great. Service staff is always kind and friendly. Sam the bartender is fantastic! I'll always be back!

This was our first time at 103 Prime and it was a great experience. The decor was fresh and bright with a great amount of attention to detail. A nice change of pace from some other restaurants we've encountered. We tried some of the craft cocktails and they were very nice. The Orange Negroni and the New Manhattan were nicely prepared. Appetizers and dinner were very well prepared. We had the specials of Parpardelle with Shrimp and the Swordfish Francaise. Outstanding. Overall a great evening. We will return.

We had a very nice, festive dinner. The owner and staff were very attentive. He even got us the recipe for the yummy dressing on the beet salad. The panini crusted tuna literally melted in the mouth. The grilled shrimp on corn succotash risotto was delicious and beautifully presented. Oh, and the margaritas were very well made, not too sweet.
