Built right on the bank of the Guadalupe River, 1011 Bistro offers the most spectacular view in Kerrville. You will find something in our menu for a special occasion, family gathering, or just kick back with friends and a bottle of wine on our open terrace.

Our menu features some French and American specialties, as well as some Italian classics, with a touch of Texas. Appetizers include our famous Mussels in broth, baked Crab Cakes and crispy Calamari. You can also find salads, pasta dishes, steaks and fish. Did we mention all our desserts are homemade?

Our extensive wine list has something for everyone… California Cabernets and Zinfnadels, Italian Chiantis and Pinot Grigios, Malbecs from Argentina, and Australian Shiraz. Our menu is definitely wine-friendly.

We started with calamari, crab cakes, & Caesar salads. Entrees - duck, seafood pasta and Chilean sea bass. Seafood was fresh and duck was cooked to perfection. Sunset dinning while overlooking Guadalupe was beautiful. Wonderful evening.

Wait staff is excellent, they were flexible with our reservation. Food is excellent!! Only complaint is I had more outdoor seating.

This the second time we’ve been to the Bistro. I guess we didn’t realize how bad this restaurant has fallen down. The decor is from 1960’s, and the wear and tear shows. I ordered a blackened sea bass and it was inedible, smelling very fishy. Ruined our planned evening out. We will never go here again.

One of my favorite restaurants, wonderful food presented beautifully. You can’t beat the view of the Guadalupe and the amazing sunsets.

After 8 yrs of pure culinary delight and atmosphere enjoyment, we still have nothing but praise for Tomas (chef & owner) and staff. We continue to bring our family & guests to 1011 Bistro with assurance of a most enjoyable dining evening!! Annie & Russell

This was our second visit to 1011 Bistro; both visits were to celebrate an anniversary. Both occasions were wonderful. The food is very good; the service was exemplary; the river view was calming and serene; overall, the ambience is "local"... There were no children running around; conversations were little more than "white noise". It was a place to celebrate quietly; we very much enjoyed our visit. If there is any critique I might make, it is that the menu is a bit limited, and there is no bar to allow one to get a mixed drink. These are small issues that don't detract from the Bistro at all! The wine menu was adequate, and I wish to stress that EVERYTHING we've ever tried has been delicious! (This last visit, we had sirloin steak and Chilean Sea Bass, along with French Onion Soup. The Hazelnut Chocolate Tart was extraordinary, as was the Tiramisu! I almost bought another to take home.) We hope to return next year, or perhaps even sooner.
