Built right on the bank of the Guadalupe River, 1011 Bistro offers the most spectacular view in Kerrville. You will find something in our menu for a special occasion, family gathering, or just kick back with friends and a bottle of wine on our open terrace.

Our menu features some French and American specialties, as well as some Italian classics, with a touch of Texas. Appetizers include our famous Mussels in broth, baked Crab Cakes and crispy Calamari. You can also find salads, pasta dishes, steaks and fish. Did we mention all our desserts are homemade?

Our extensive wine list has something for everyone… California Cabernets and Zinfnadels, Italian Chiantis and Pinot Grigios, Malbecs from Argentina, and Australian Shiraz. Our menu is definitely wine-friendly.

The Mozzarella Burrata and Texas Tuscan Salad was excellent. My husband loved the Surf and Turf. I had the filet mignon and will not order it again. It was overcooked and dry. The service was lacking. My husband and I sat at the table for 15 minutes before being served our drinks. The server forgot the extra salad dressing we asked for, and we had to flag him down every time we needed something (salt and pepper). He seemed flustered with having to wait on too many tables at once. Although our dining experience wasn't the best, we have enjoyed all of our past visits here and hope to have better service next time.

Big city experience in a small town. The chef is very skilled and clearly well trained. Food and service is excellent. From the salad to the entree the food tastes as impressive as the presentation Big thumbs up

Normally reliable Bistron 1011 seems to have slipped. Not sure if they have a new chef or what changes may have occurred since our last visit. Service was very good, but all three orders were not as good as our last visit.

Our most favorite evening dining venue for years. Never have we been disappointed! Our #1 restaurant when we have family or guests in town. Tonight’s meal again was simply perfect. Added treat tonight: chef & owner, Tomas, was in house and came over to say hello & bon appétit! Annie & Russell

Outstanding food, ambience, and service. It was our second time there, and it was as good as the first time. We had 5 people in our party, and we all agreed had excellent food and service.

From the moment you enter the front door of the 1011 Bistro.......you begin to smile, and to relax..........................Grrrrrrrreat JAZZ music, played at a soft level..........................and the desire of the first staff person you see....................to make your evening a memorable one!! Great scenery........................welcoming decor....................in a casual, yet upscale setting. Excellent food...........................excellent wine choice...............ALL IN THIS QUAINT BISTRO. GO................enjoy........................YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!!!

Nice modern décor, with large windows with great views of the Guadalupe River. The restaurant stands over the river. Waiting staff was very polite, attentive. Food very good. We had the Orange Roughie and 10oz Sirloin. Both delicious.
