Service from our server and bussers was phenomenal. Worth mentioning on our few interactions with the bartender, I hate to say it but she was pretty bad. She’s really quite a blight on the other pros working around her and the nice ambiance. Our server joe was remarkable on all levels as were the others around him. The food was ok. Overcooked fish and may have sat in the heat window a bit longer than would be desirable. Not really sure. The small plates and appetizers were outstanding though. Overall the good outweigh the bad but I’d certainly recommend a major adjustment to the bar tender outside. We were not alone in this opinion and witnessed several other borderline rude interactions. My first thought was she may have been there too long and lacks any sense of accountability and definitely lacks self awareness. Conflicted even writing this as the others we encountered were so great and I don’t want that to get lost on the one negative employee but management should be aware how much one bad really changes the overall impression of your guests.

We just moved to Jupiter a year ago from CT. This is one of our favorite special occasion experiences and spots. Tonight was a date night that was long overdue. We picked a night that a member was hosting a 16th Birthday for their daughter. Much to our chagrin the party could not have been any louder and obnoxious if they tried. They felt as if they owned the restaurant. I do wish I pulled up a chair at their table to enjoy the food they had ordered since we were part of their party from across the room. My wife and I were on our main course and after hearing the "f-bomb" for the 6th time, listening to stories of their daughter, their family and aunts and uncles, on top of the party whistles the felt the need to blow as if it were New Years Eve with Dick Clark, we had about had enough. Our lovely waitress Cynthia could tell we were just about to hit the mayday button and she looked at us and said oh my god, I am embarrassed and I feel so sorry, I can't believe what is going on. She brought over the manager Fernando and the both of them could not have been more accommodative; he moved us to a part of the restaurant that was closed off and ready for tomorrows seating and provided us with new drinks and desert as we already finished our main course. They picked up our tab and went above and beyond to make sure that we knew they were appalled and embarrassed about the experience we had. Thank you to Fernando, Cynthia and the rest of the staff that came up to apologize for the uncouth behavior we experienced from a larger party tonight. You were very professional and made sure to put your clients first. This is not normal in FL, so thank you for your care and concern. As always the food was amazing and the service was over the top.

First time I’ve had lunch here, have been for dinner. Best lunch in the area. Menu options, food and service were all exceptional.

Our server Anthony was amazing. Treated us as regulars when this was only the 4th time there since they opened. The Somalia was not very nice. He rudely pulled our server away from us while we were talking with him without even being apologetic. It seemed like he was more interested in providing good service to certain tables.

The Fig Butternut salad with beets and feta was wonderful, refreshing and delicious. We ordered the Sea Bass with butter cream caviar sauce with scallop potatoes with greens was absolutely amazing, one of the best dishes in Palm Beach County. Flourless Chocolate Lava cake with coffee ice cream is also one of my favorite gluten free desserts. Love 1000 North

We sat with Karen, who was amazing! She was nice and attentive. The food and drinks were great. The new menu had a lot of eclectic options. Love it!
