Rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and seasonal cuisine 15 floors above downtown in the AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. Take in views of the San Antonio River Walk, Main Plaza and San Fernando Cathedral.
Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Enjoy craft cocktails, beers and wines from select Texas vineyards and beyond. Our libations menu features cocktails made from Texas-made bourbon, vodka and gin.

We have Reservations available for a percentage of our restaurant and the rest of the tables will be on a first come first serve basis. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced. We will only hold your table for 20 minutes after your reservation time. Thank you for join us at 1 Watson!

I could not understand how this place was #1 rated on trip advisor!!?? I had 15 dinner guests and we all barely picked at the food. The cornbread came out looking like dip, and tasted dry and not good. The chips and queso were so so, everything was just bleh. And with 15 people you would think I would have a little help with chairs and servers but no I moved and arranged all the chairs myself and there was only 1 server for all of us.

Beautiful atmosphere roof top restaurant/bar. Friendly service. Creative cocktails and food options. Perfect for sunset dining.

Great views and nice ambience. Awful service. Server was rude and had to wait a lot of time to get drinks and food

What a beautiful view! Location and view you cannot be beat. We sat outside. Around 7:30 PM the most amazing Light show began on the exterior of the San Fernando Cathedral located just below 1Watson. we enjoyed wine with some wonderful stuffed jalapeños and other appetizers. A great evening evening with friends.

Entirely too loud. The audio from Sunday Night Football drowned out any chance of carrying on a conversation. When asked, the manager reluctantly lowered the volume a little.

All in all not bad ; just or waiter was in attentive. Never refilled the waters ; had to ask twice for cocktails. Will not go back

We enjoyed the view and the place was very creatively decorated, great designer. Most of us enjoyed our food very much, they did screw up with my sister’s eggs and my mom’s order. Service was sub-par for a place like that, long wait times for the servers to take the order and when the food finally arrived, it was look warm. If the service was better, I would probably give them a much higher rating

The food was okay at best. I went with a party of 4. Me and my date got our food but the other 2 we were with waited an extra 20 minutes for theirs. We asked our server and she said there was a mix up on the orders and the kitchen has gotten behind, she told friends they would comp part of their meal. After we were done eating the bills were brought out. I had a discount for my meal so they automatically charged me 18% gratuity. The other ticket did not get charged that but were also charged the whole amount for their meal that was 30 minutes late. Other than our server saying sorry that was the only interaction we had for everything going on.
