The view of Times Square is amazing. We made a reservation about a month ago for my daughter's 21st birthday, which was last night. Our drinks were really good. The host and Manager were rude and unprofessional. I gave an overall one star for this reason. We didn't order food so I don't know if it's good or not. The host and manager almost ruined our night. They need customer service training. We were visiting from out of state and expected to be welcomed. Do better R Lounge and get your staff the training they need. Horrible customer service at R Lounge.

Fabulous way to take in Times Square above the crowds. Food is ok bar food, cocktails were great but the view is the draw.

Honestly a stunning location with the best view of Times Square! Lovely food, service and a relaxed atmosphere just perfect to escape the craziness of Times Square! Go here 100% you don’t be disappointed! Book ahead and ask for window seat :-)

No music The hostess was cleaning tables. While we had to wait and the food was nasty my wine was nasty

Fantastic location to view Times Square. Bar bites were perfect for what we were looking for and drinks were ok. A little pricey but your paying for the view.

Such a gem! You can have fantastic views of time square without the busy crowds. The burger and cocktails were lovely :)

Had an hour and 30 mins to eat and drink. They took 30 mins to take our order and then 30 mins brings us the drinks. Looked like they were only 2 waiters for 50 guests. Shame to the manager for not coming to help them. The view was nice though . You get windows sits if ur a party of 4
