Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. We offer tasting menus with the option of doing 3, 4 or 5 courses. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. Patio dining is also highly sought after when the weather is nice.

Great atmosphere, excellent ambiance, great service, and beautiful presentation and pairings! This place is truly a heddine gem! Zach was an amazing host for the evening as our waiter! Highly recommend! 5/5 stars across the board. Will be back to try brunch breakfast!

Such fresh and inspiring flavors grace the plate and please your palette. Staff gracious attention to service and an evening capped off with a tour of the kitchen and a freshly prepared bite of lemon sorbet. A perfect destination for any occasion.

Our second visit here and it continues to be a great experience in South Phoenix! Very creative and inventive menu....left here stuffed and happy...great place for a special night out.

We went for my wifes birthday. We did the five course and loved every moment. The staff was super friendly. They completely accommodated my gluten dietary restrictions. They explained every part of the menu and meal. Super attentive to all our needs during service and we even got to tour the kitchen and meet the Chefs. If you want a classy romantic elegant experience go here .

The food was excellent, the service impeccable. The room was a bit warm, which detracted some from the experience. It was pricey, but well worth it if you can afford it.

The original farm house is small with very low ceilings and it was quite hot and stuffy on season opening 8/8. I'm sure in the fall it's a lovely time to dine outside when things cool down. Despite sitting there sweating, the staff was attentive and friendly and the food was amazing. A little pricy for the serving sizes but a beautiful presentation. They really pushed beverages and the markup on a few bottles of sparkling water and some sodas added about $50 to the bill. Overall a lovely experience but expect to pay a minimum of $325 plus tip for a diner for two with no alcohol. Expect to be waiting a long time between courses as well. I would have loved to try more courses but it's difficult to sit that long in a stuffy room.

Five course meal with wine pairing was memorably outstanding (all of it). The service was top notch, in a comfortable setting, quiet enough to converse without raised voice.
