If you want to have proper English tea in Seattle, this is the place to go. The food is outstanding and the variety of teas is incredible.

We've had afternoon tea here several times, because we love it so much. We've made it a tradition to come here with my mother whenever she visits, and we plan to keep doing that!

The guidelines for reservations were not clear. It did not state that if you come after 2pm, you can only order "afternoon tea" for two people. In addition, the sticker price of $72 per person (we had two people) came as a huge shock since most of the other meals were priced around $30. The website had no mention of the price when making the reservation. We also could not order one portion for the both of us, which put us in a very uncomfortable position because we did not expect our spending to equate to that amount, and we felt the forceful pressure to spend that much. In addition, our fine of $50 if we were to leave did not help. I would want to come again, but we definitely will only try walk-ins since the reservation made us feel very uncomfortable. I also felt the servers were under pressure to follow the rules, so it was likely a management problem.

Took my grandson and he said it was awesome , wonderful and great. We had the perfect date and afternoon tea for two.

I had not been to Queen Mary's for almost 30 years. It was a delightful experience. The food was excellent and plentiful. Our server, Jaime was outstanding. Hopefully, I will not wait as long to visit Queen Mary's again.

We had a delightful afternoon having high tea. Everything was sooo delicious. My only recommendation would be a few less sweets and perhaps to have the lemon curd included.

Had a wonderful experience at Queen Mary's Tea Room. Food and tea were both outstanding. Ordered the Almond Cream Tea. So good, we had to buy some. The Orange Cranberry Scone was the best ever. The salmon on rye was delicious- as were all the sweets. The chicken salad sandwich was also very tasty. Huge selection of teas- so many I wanted to try- so will be back! Only negative was the wicker type chairs which were uncomfortable . Highly recommend this venue for a delightful afternoon tea experience.

I had a beautiful birthday with five of my girlfriends at the queen Mary room. It was a lovely experience and a beautiful environment, which is exactly what I was looking for. We all arrived wearing matching pink outfits and were hosted beautifully by the founder herself and her beautiful team. Highly recommend for a girls tea/luncheon.
