Le nom de ce restaurant (le mot italien pour dire « quatre ») s'harmonise avec la conception architecturale de l'établissement : une grande salle aérée et éclairée dotée de verre sur trois côtés. La pièce est éclairée de façon spectaculaire la nuit et illumine la façade de l'entrée de l'hôtel. Quattro vous propose une cuisine de saison légère du nord de l'Italie, agrémentée d'une touche fraîche cal-italienne pour le déjeuner et le dîner. The service during the 1001 night theme is not good as before. No one came to check whether water needs to be refilled, server ran away without saying anything during food ordering and came back 20 minutes later to continue the order, didn’t provide candle for birthday treat, didn’t provide the normal Quattro service( we go to Quattro frequently so we are pretty familiar with the Quattro service quality(

Service was incredibly slow. It took 20 min for drinks and almost an hr for appetizers. Table/plates were not cleaned between servings. At the end of the meal we had to look for our server to ask for the bill. Food was just average. Another server was setting a table up next to ours, dropped a fork on the floor, picked it up and placed back on the table!!! Worst service I’ve ever experienced at Four Seasons restaurant!

I booked a reservation at 9:30pm and when I got there they said the restaurant is closed and I can only use the bar/lounge area and then we had to have our dinner there. The food was amazing so it made up for that.

1001 nights ambience was good. Food was average. For the price food definitely was not worth it

Steak & eggs and burger were cooked more than we wanted but delicious none the less. Chicken & waffle looked impressive (breast & thigh). Chicken was juicy but the waffle was nothing special. Star of brunch was the biscuits & gravy.

We had a fantastic meal, wonderful drinks and they treated us very well on our 40th wedding anniversary. A great experience!

I very much enjoyed the cheeseburger. The salad that came with it was small and contained only a little lettuce - nothing else. It was disappointing. The restaurant did not offer standard dressings like caesar or blue cheese. But, when asked, the waiter remarkably said they could make up both dressings. I asked to try both. The blue cheese dressing was very good. The caesar dressing was not good. I was surprised that the restaurant did not have an ordinary caesar salad (with optional canned anchovies) on the menu. A manager said we could have asked for it. But, their version of caesar dressing was not good -- so I am glad I did not know that one could order a caesar salad. The service and atmosphere (we sat outside) were excellent. But, when I initially called to confirm the reservation, the person on the phone said that if we wanted to eat outside we would have to order off a pre-fixe Persian menu. But when we got there and asked to sit outside, we were given regular menus. There was no mention of Persian food or a pre-fixe menu. I would have liked to bring one of two groups there for lunch sometimes. (I regularly organize lunches for 2 groups). But this restaurant charge a lot of money "to rent" a private room ($1200-1800, or more), in addition to the cost of the food and service and tax, which makes it totally impractical for us. It seemed silly to charge so much, especially at lunchtime, since they were not very busy. We would have liked to come back with both groups, but not if we had to pay for the room. Most restaurants do not charge rent for their private rooms. A few have minimum food bills -- and that would probably have been fine, if the minimum were reasonable.

Too many misses to overcome. Limited brunch menu—few healthy choices. No kids menu for breakfast—only lunch. Ordered two glasses of champagne and only one arrived. Ordered two poached eggs and only received one.
