This dining experience was simply the worst I have ever had. Having enjoyed a meal here with my company last Christmas, I booked to bring my family for my wife’s birthday. Our table was booked for 9.15, over an hour later we only had water on our table. We alerted staff several times and when our drinks finally arrived, we waited a further 20 minutes for our starters. My wife’s scallops were over cooked. We called over a member of staff who offered a replacement. This took an additional 20 minutes to arrive. We had been in the restaurant well over two hours before our starter plates were cleared More drinks were ordered for which we all waited over half an hour at various times The main courses were another 30 minutes arriving by which time my teenage children were fed up and we were feeling thoroughly disappointed. Our steaks were nice and the only high point in a miserable experience. Our bill was £450 for this disaster. We spoke to the manager a second time and he offered to discount our bill, however the discount was no compensation for the terrible experience and we still paid hundreds of pounds. I would welcome a conversation with a more senior restaurant manager.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Quaglino’s, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly and attentive, providing great recommendations and checking in on us without being intrusive. And the food was great! Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented, making for a memorable meal. Overall, Quaglino’s impressed me with its wonderful service and inviting ambiance. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another delightful evening! Highly recommended!

Really good food and good service, attentive and timely. Nothing to complain about. Beware the service and music charge added to the bill. Jusr under an additional £100 for a table or four. Again this is advised so not complaining about that but it soon adds up !

Honestly we had a fabulous brunch. We regret not going for dinner because it felt more like a dinner menu. BUT everything was perfect. The music, the food and the staff were just perfect. I will recommend your establishment to everyone visiting London.

The ambiance is fantastic. 5 Stars! The live music during dinner transforms “just dinner” into a special occasion. Think Delilah in Las Vegas with a much more attentive staff. The food is tasty but the menu is not quite as extensive as the high end U.S. steakhouses that I am accustomed to. All in all it comes highly recommended for experience focus diners.

The staff manager and chef were ever so kind and ensured our night was as special as can be. Thanks to head chef Jack for looking after us.

I’ve had better rib roast in similar priced restaurants.The portions aren’t brilliant they give you one slice of beef it wasn’t a thick piece either, the duck fat roast potatoes were not consistent they give you 3 or 4 pieces of potatoes one of mine was half cooked , they bulk it up with a huge Yorkshire pudding . The starter and dessert were great as was the live music . But unfortunately for me the main course was a letdown.

Wonderful night, which is what you can expect here. Staff were very attentive and the food and cocktails fantastic. The music was great, and by the end of the night the crowd was up on their feet dancing to the music, ourselves included. There is simply no place I know of like Quag”s!
