Pure Spirits est fier de vous servir une sélection d'huîtres des côtes Est et Ouest du Canada ainsi que des spécialités uniques de l'étranger. At the slightest sight of summer, we open the doors to our patio where you can sit and take in the beautiful Victorian Industrial architecture that the site is famous for. Grab a seat at the Oyster Bar where you can mingle with a Chef shucking your oysters to order and teaching you about the amazing flavours and how to best match it to our selection of local beers.

We had a lovely dinner at Pure Spirits. The staff were particularly wonderful. Everyone seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. It was a pleasure to experience.

Though I had booked early I had to wait to get a window seat. For the rest it was a good experience. The oysters were outstanding.

Food was delicious as usual and the service was outstanding. My only complaint is that, even though they played my kind of music, the music was a little too loud.

Overall good experience, food was delicious. Our server was okay but the managers were very good and attentive. It is on the pricey side but not outrageous for the caliber of restaurant.

Once again we had an amazing time at Pure Spirits. From the host, to the gentleman that showed us to our table our server Grace everyone was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The oyster shooters are always a must-have and there is something for everyone on the menu! The prices are incredibly reasonable for what you are getting too. We already have two more visits planned before the end of the year.

We sat outside under a heater which was great on a cooler night. The food was incredible and the portions were large. We had a great experience!
