Il vous propose une salle à manger intérieure et une terrasse où vous pourrez vous restaurer en appréciant la superbe architecture industrielle de l'ère victorienne. Nous sommes réputés pour être le meilleur restaurant de fruits de mer frais à Toronto. Pure Spirits est fier de vous servir une sélection d'huîtres des côtes Est et Ouest du Canada ainsi que des spécialités uniques de l'étranger. Tenue décontractée et goût prononcé pour la bonne nourriture sont de rigueur. Notre personnel amical se fera un plaisir de vous aider à choisir parmi notre sélection de bières locales et de vins qui s'harmonise parfaitement avec notre menu. At the slightest sight of summer, we open the doors to our patio where you can sit and take in the beautiful Victorian Industrial architecture that the site is famous for. Grab a seat at the Oyster Bar where you can mingle with a Chef shucking your oysters to order and teaching you about the amazing flavours and how to best match it to our selection of local beers.

Food was great. We were there for quite a while. Reservation was at 5:30 we didn’t leave till about 8. Which is fine, it just seemed like a long time. Aside from that it was really good. Great food!

For the price of the plates, I was expecting better. Nice restaurant, but the food was just so so.

Kami was absolutely amazing! I go out all the time and that was by far the best service I have received in a LONG TIME! Food was great as well. Overall a great experience! I will definitely be back to visit her!

Reservations do not guarantee you will be in at your time- had to wait 30 mins past my reservation- missed entire winter market because dinner extended past closing of market.

It was the perfect lunch..a meeting with a cousin I hadn't seen in two years. The bustle of the Christmas Market outside and then this warm oasis of the restaurant. A shucker"s plate of oysters, lovely bright and briny. Followed by plump mussels. Some fries. Key lime pie. Liam our server.... what a delightful young man. All of the staff were fun A thoroughly lovely time Thank you

Unpretentious seafood restaurant in a beautiful setting in the distillery district. Feels very east-coast in its lovely yet casual interior. Lobster roll was the best I've had outside of the Maritimes/US east coast, truly delicious.

Everything was great! Our server was awesome. Glad this place was on Opentable- from out of the country and unfamiliar with the area. Great oyster selection!

The food was TERRIBLE. Out of the Maryland Crab Cake (stale), Malay Curry Wings (fair), Calamari Tempura (more tempura batter less squid), Grilled Fish Tacos (little to no fish) Poached Halibut (stale), Steak Frites (foul smell is an understatement), Hand Cut Fries and Baked Bread Basket was the only saving grace. The server was polite but disappeared time and again.

We went for the oysters and we were not disappointed! Both our server (long time server of Pure Spirits whose name sadly forget) and the manager served us and chatted about the oyster we had ordered. Overall we lived all the food we ordered and the attentiveness of our server.
