Il vous propose une salle à manger intérieure et une terrasse où vous pourrez vous restaurer en appréciant la superbe architecture industrielle de l'ère victorienne. Nous sommes réputés pour être le meilleur restaurant de fruits de mer frais à Toronto. Pure Spirits est fier de vous servir une sélection d'huîtres des côtes Est et Ouest du Canada ainsi que des spécialités uniques de l'étranger. Tenue décontractée et goût prononcé pour la bonne nourriture sont de rigueur. Notre personnel amical se fera un plaisir de vous aider à choisir parmi notre sélection de bières locales et de vins qui s'harmonise parfaitement avec notre menu. At the slightest sight of summer, we open the doors to our patio where you can sit and take in the beautiful Victorian Industrial architecture that the site is famous for. Grab a seat at the Oyster Bar where you can mingle with a Chef shucking your oysters to order and teaching you about the amazing flavours and how to best match it to our selection of local beers.

Was unremarkable - the coffee was weak, the lime dry, the hamburger good, the fish tacos average and the asparagus was almost inedible (stalks were vary hard and fibrous) Perhaps if you go for the specialty you will be happy. Service was very pleasant and attentive and the physical space was fun.

There were very few patrons at the restaurant when we were there and it was pleasantly quiet. I don’t know how the noise level would be if the place were busier. The food and the service were top notch.

Our server Michelle was so amazing and patient! It felt like we had dinner at a friends house and it was an amazing. She gets 11/10. Additionally, the food was fantastic, I had the steak frites and my friend enjoyed the Sea bream. Great experience and will return!

Great service, staff were warm and energetic. Great value for the shuck special. Bevvies prepared expertly and were refreshing. Great food, everything was delicious. Top selection among seafood options in Distillery / Downtown East. Get the creme brulee for dessert!!!

Tina was our server and she was fabulous. Knowledgeable, attentive and fun. The food, ambience and service was great. We went before going to Soulpepper Theatre and were not rushed to get to a 7:30 performance. We will certainly go back!!

The food here was absolutely delicious and our service was top notch. The area was a little less lively than we expected, but likely would be much more vibrant in better weather. Not a cheap dinner option, but definitely a great experience

Lovely staff who checked in on us and provided great service always making sure we were pleased. Incredible oysters with the trio dip. Caesar salad was also a favourite. Will be back!
