Le chef exécutif Domenic Tudda a passé ses années d'enfance à apprendre la cuisine italienne alors que sa famille possédait et exploitait le restaurant Stromboli's à Calgary. Il s'est perfectionné avec une formation culinaire approfondie en Italie pour être à même de poursuivre la tradition de ses parents et proposer des repas italiens uniques et d'une imparable authenticité à Calgary. We use parmigiano reggiano and only the finest cured meats and cheeses imported from Italy. Gluten free pizza: add $3; buffalo mozzarella can be substituted on any of our pizzas: add $8. The True Napoletana Tradition. Long considered to be the premier pizza style in Italy, Neapolitan pizza is cooked in a high-temperature wood burning oven. The characteristic charring of the underside of the crust is the result of this traditional baking process and adds to the distinct flavour of our finished pizzas

                                                                                              Paul was a fantastic server. We sat upstairs and tried 3 different entrees, apps, pizza and dessert. Our first time and we will be back! Everything was wonderful. Only downside in this area is parking. We could only pay for 1.5 hours max in the app (wouldn’t allow us to select longer) and we were in the restaurant close to 2 hours. Came out to a $100 parking ticket when the extra time should have been about $6. We weren’t the only ones to be affected so this seems like a scam by the city. Very disappointing but not the restaurant’s fault.

                                                                                              We loved the relaxed feel of this place – the atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. Service was well-timed, friendly, and the wines were affordable. We also loved that everything was made in-house. We purchased some Gorgonzola Herb sauce - can’t wait to try it! We will definitely return to try more dishes.

                                                                                              Absolutely delicious pizza with fresh ingredients. On top of that, the staff is kind and welcoming. The manager was also very helpful with my reservation. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

                                                                                              Though the dessert was fantastic (tiramisu and the pudding), the meal was just okay. I had pesto fettuccine, nothing special and my daughter had marghereta pizza which was very blackened. Service was great, but not sure if we’ll return.

                                                                                              We booked a family dinner here, last minute on a cold Tuesday evening. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the appetizer meatballs arrived in record time to keep our grandson happy as we sat down and gathered. Jamie was an exceptional server and we enjoyed all our choices of pizza and wine. Thanks!!
