Le chef exécutif Domenic Tudda a passé ses années d'enfance à apprendre la cuisine italienne alors que sa famille possédait et exploitait le restaurant Stromboli's à Calgary. Il s'est perfectionné avec une formation culinaire approfondie en Italie pour être à même de poursuivre la tradition de ses parents et proposer des repas italiens uniques et d'une imparable authenticité à Calgary.                               With tomato sauce. All of our pizzas include fresh basil (except tartufo) and are topped with our own extra virgin olive oil. Our mozzarella is fior di latte. We use parmigiano reggiano and only the finest cured meats and cheeses imported from Italy. Gluten free pizza: add $3; buffalo mozzarella can be substituted on any of our pizzas: add $8. The True Napoletana Tradition. Long considered to be the premier pizza style in Italy, Neapolitan pizza is cooked in a high-temperature wood burning oven. The characteristic charring of the underside of the crust is the result of this traditional baking process and adds to the distinct flavour of our finished pizzas

                                                                                              The food and service are always consistently great. Knowledgable staff. The store is an extra special add-on which I’ve used and it’s great. Just trying the coffee for the first time and it’s delightful. Overall, absolutely divine

                                                                                              Unfortunately we waited over 2 hours for our food. The server began avoiding eye contact with our table because the wait was so long. No one came to apologize for the wait. Tables that seated way after us were getting their food. While we waited the server didn’t ask my kids if they needed refills. When our food finally arrived (5 people) 3 of us ordered pasta and it was hot and tasted good. 2 ordered pizza. 1 pizza was burnt to a crisp. The other soggy. The server came to ask 1/2 way through us eating how the food was, we shared that the pizza was burnt but did not want to wait 2 more hours for a replacement. He did not return to our table again. We had no compensation on the bill for the pizza and zero acknowledgement from management that we had waited 2 hours or more for our food. We were there for a birthday celebration. This wasn’t acknowledged by the restaurant. Usually a nice touch when it’s stated on the reservation. Overall a very disappointing experience.

                                                                                              Sat outside on the spacious patio with umbrellas for shade. All 3 of us had the 3-course lunch special where you pick 1of2 appies; 1of2 salads; and 2 of 5 or 6 pastas. Great value, and delicious 👍👍👍
