The food was delicious, especially the pumpkin curry and the pakora as a starter. The restaurant is very energetic and will return.

This was our first time eating at Pukka. They have an early bird special between 5 and 6 pm. We ordered dishes from that special. There are lots of dishes to choose from in this menu. We were really pleased with our meal that was generous and very tasty. We would go there again.

Lovely cosy restaurant but small portions for the mains and very high prices put this out of reach for regular dining.

Went here to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and the food and service was amazing. The servers were constantly checking in on us which was nice. The restaurant itself is quite cozy and quiet too. The food was absolutely delicious. Half the time we weren’t even talking bc the food was so good 😂 would definitely recommend and go here again.

My husband and I had a great dinner at Pukka for our date night. It was our first time and the service was lovely. We both enjoy Indian food and Pukka was a nice way to experience classic mains with a new perspective. The Pukka Chaat is full of unique flavours and it was a pleasant surprise. The South Indian Vegetable Curry was a bit too "healthy" for my taste as there was a lot of vegetables but the sauce was tasteful. We also ordered the Stuffed Paneer and the presentation was superb! For dessert, I am used for these options to be an after-thought but the Sticky Toffee Pudding was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to conclude our meal. If you're planning on having a private/intimate conversation, keep in mind that some tables are very close to each other. It didn't bother us much but I could understand that it could be a turn off for other people. Overall, I would come back and recommend anyone to give Pukka a try!

Definitely one of our go-to places in Toronto. Food is imaginative, flavourful and well executed. Service is friendly and efficient.

Pukka is a highly recommended destination for both connoisseurs of Indian cuisine and those experiencing it for the first time. The restaurant offers an impressive array of dishes, a lively ambiance, and exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Harsh for sharing the restaurant’s history and for making my friends and I feel so welcome during our first visit. We are already looking forward to returning.
