While you are enjoying your meal Danielle & Dermot Hutton of Fairview Cellars will speak on the wine making process, and the characteristics of the wine. The evening will begin with a reception from 6:00pm to 6:30pm with dinner service to follow. Attendees are asked to arrive no later than 6:30pm as we will not be able to wait for late comers.
