To get your little ones into the holiday spirit, executive Pastry Chef, Yudith Bustos is hosting two fun cookie-decorating masterclasses in Proof. Your budding bakers will embellish delicious gingerbread cookies to take home with them.

Guests are invited to join us in Proof for an exclusive four course tasting menu featuring the collaboration of Chef Edgar and our culinary team and Mitchers Dan McKee, Master Distiller. These custom fall seasonal dishes will be paired perfectly with hand crafted cocktails and single barrel bourbons featured from our Proof mixologists with the collaboration from our distilling partners at Mitchers. Guests will be invited to sip and savor hand crafted cocktails from Proof bar while experiencing the story of pair the spirit with each expertly paired savory and sweet course. There is limited availability for this culinary and beverage experience in Proof!
