Very nice meal all around. It was very quiet and the food was delicious. Our server was also very attentive and polite. Loved the atmosphere too.

Excellent service. Food was excellent. A great spot for a casual dinner. I highly recommend the S’mores dessert! So creative and delicious.

We expected a lot more from the Four Seasons! A simple salad was $17, add chicken for $12.... That made a no-frills salad $29! Poor value. The $28 hamburger came out quite substantial, looking delicious and loaded, but was actually somewhat flavorless and had an odd sauce that was later scraped off (by a non-picky eater). Disappointed. The other two meals were underwhelming, very fatty and quite over priced. The location is convenient. We enjoy upscale food and are willing to pay for it but the Proof quality didn't match the very inflated prices. Low score on value. Regretfully, we most likely won't be back.

Brought my family here to celebrate my daughter's 21st Birthday. The fabulous bartender who happened to also be our server that night as it was slow was AWESOME!!! She went out of her way to make my daughter feel special this evening and went above and beyond. Food was great, atmosphere was great and service was exceptional! Love coming here as the above and beyond always make it worth it!

The sun setting into the restaurant made it hard to see towards the end of our meal and there were no working shades to block it out.

Not quite up to usual Four Seasons standards. Pork belly was covered in sticky sweet sauce, wings were good, burger was good, beer flights were lame, chicken was undercooked. Server was very good but screaming loud fan above our head ruined the desert sunset ambiance. Manager said he would comp the chicken but when the bill came no such luck, had to let the server know what the manager said. Then they comped it. As I said, not what I would expect from Four Seasons. Sigh….

Interesting menu with lower end 4 Seasons prices. Mexican, real bbq burgers and steaks. Eclectic, casual decor. Service was very casual. Table shuffleboard can get loud. Apps and mains were good. Sides (Brussels and cabasitos) were left uneaten. I was very appreciative of the phone call based on my reservation phone number, because I forgot my purse. I know, how???

Really enjoyed the evening at Proof. Good service,wine and smoked beet salad was excellent. The sauce on the bolognese was like eating straight tomato paste. Very disappointing.
