The menu works to showcase the agricultural bounty of the Ohio River Valley and celebrates artisanal products and sustainable farming, delivering plates rich with the culinary traditions of Italy and the American South.

With over 9000 square feet of exhibition space, 21c Museum hosts dynamic group and solo exhibitions featuring emerging artists alongside acclaimed international artists, such as video artists Bill Viola and Tony Oursler, photographers Andres Serrano, Sam Taylor Wood, and David Leventhal, sculptors Yinka Shonibare and Judy Fox, and multimedia artists Chuck Close, Alfredo Jaar, and Kara Walker.The Museum is free and open to the public, 24/7.

Join Proof on Main for Thanksgiving Dinner. We are hosting our annual dinner from 1pm-7pm on Thanksgiving Day. Dinner will include family style bread basket, salad, and dessert with each guest choosing their own entree's with choice of Turkey or Ham and all the traditional sides. I hosted several colleagues for a business dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The food was delicious, service was spot on, and it is a great venue.

We had a delightful lunch featuring pimiento cheese appetizer to start, soup and sandwich and avocado toast with egg for entrees. Nimble, efficient service complemented our experience. I really enjoy meeting out-of-towners at Proof so they can tour the museum hotel and lunch at Proof.

We had a great dinner at Proof last night. We ordered 2 appetizers the Octopus and the Hamachi and both were very good. The Filet’s were gret and perfectly cooked. Everything was on point and blended well together. Besides the excellent food, our Server Betsy was absolutely fantastic and really made our experience exceptional. The manager also came over and checked on our satisfaction. Thank you for a great meal and thank you to Betsy for being so nice and accommodating.
